"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 full jar of peanut butter (your choice)
2.5 c. of flour
1 c. of sugar
1 tsp. of Vanilla flavor
3 eggs
1.5 c. of brown sugar
Half a bag of Nestles chocolate chips
1 bag of chopped pecans (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 355 F. First, put the jar of peanut butter in a
medium or large bowl, add the flour, mix together, add the
sugar and brown sugar into the bowl. When all ingredients are
mixed together, add eggs (one at a time). Last, but not least,
add the chocolate chips and pecans (if wanted), make cookie
drops on a cookie sheet, put in oven and cook for about 15 to
25 minutes. Let cookies cool and enjoy.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
