1 lb. pecans
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites stiff
1/2 cup butter
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, sugar and salt until stiff. Fold into nuts. Melt butter on cookie sheet in oven @ 350º. Spread nut mixture over the butter. Bake for 30-40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Bake until nuts are coated and there's no more butter remaining. If there's a mass, brake before cooling.
