3 medium cucumbers
1-8oz. package cream cheese
1 small onion, grated
3 tablespoons Miracle Whip
Rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the cucumbers leaving a little rind. Then chop real fine.
Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 15 minutes. Squeeze all the
juices out using paper towel. Whip cream cheese and Miracle
Whip until blended. Add onion and cucumbers. Cut little round of
rye bread and spread with mixture. Top with a slice of green
olive.
