1 pkg Hidden Valley Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 boxes or bags of oyster crackers
1 can mixed nuts
1 bag fish pretzels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing mix, oil and lemon pepper; pour over oyster crackers and toss. Let stand for 15 minutes. Put in shallow baking pan (like a 13x9x2) and bake at 250º for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool and stir in nuts and pretzels (and anything else you like).

Introduced to me by my good friend, Mary Linn, this is a wonderful alternative to Chex Mix. Easy to make and and you can freeze to serve later so you always have some on hand.
