1-1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients until all flour is moistened. Sprinkle with water, 1 Tbsp at a time, tossing with fork until all water is absorbed. Gather pastry into a ball. Roll out between wax paper layers, or just press in bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. Flute edges of crust and prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake 12-15 minutes at 450.
