Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pour-over Sauce:
1 stick margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 heaping Tbsp cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Roll balls of ice cream in cracker mixture.
Cover and put in freezer to set.
Serve with pour-over sauce or jar hot fudge sauce.
