3 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
5 lbs potatoes, peeled and ground
3-4 onions
4 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp
black pepper
3 tsp ground allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine thoroughly and put into casings.
Cook in boiling water 15-20 minutes.
May be cooled and frozen and reheated in boiling water when ready to use.
