2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
2/3 Cup Shortening
5-7 Cups Cold Water
Mix together flour & salt - add shortening. Gradually add water.

6-8 Apples
3/4 Cup Sugar
Dash Nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except butter - fill pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with second pie crust. Cut slits. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400o for 50 minutes.
