Ingredients:  
1 box spice cake mix
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cardamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped crystalized ginger
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly.
ADD Eggs
Mix in chopped ginger and walnuts.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min, depending on size of cookies.

Drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet by tablespoons.

"You can do the same thing with devils food cake. In place of the spices add 1 tsp. vanilla and chocolate chips instead of ginger"
