2 medium sized boneless beef roasts (chuck or round)
Lipton onion soup mix
Sliced Fresh Onion
Salt & Pepper
Other Spices you desire
Water
BBQ Sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Braise cuts of beef.
Put into large crock pot.
Add onion, onion soup, salt, pepper and 2 cups of water. Turn on high and let cook all day!
Have on hand some crusty rolls and eat!
Add cheese slices, hot peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, what ever you like!
It is super good stuff!
