4 cups milk
½ stick butter
½ tsp. salt
1 cup grits
6 oz. shredded gruyere
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, butter, salt until almost boiling.

Stir in grits and cook until thick.

Add gruyere and Tabasco and stir.

Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.

Top with ½ c. grated Parmesan and bake at 350 until set (15-30 min)
