4 Ib. potatoes
1 tbsp. garlic salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. chives
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil over hi heat. Lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.

In a sauce pan, bring buttermilk and butter to a simmer. Add chives. Remove from heat.

Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes to your desired texture. Add buttermilk mixture and mix until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
