1 pound cranberries, fresh
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries in a single layer in baking pan. Sprinkle with
sugar and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and when slightly cooled add ground cloves -- to taste, bourbon and put in a small glass bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
