Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with mixer on high for 30 seconds. Add half the flour, the sugar, vanilla and 1 T. water. Beat till combined. Beat in flour. Stir in pecans.

Chill dough at least 2 hours.

Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Cool.

Shake in bag of powdered sugar to coat.
