1 lb. crab meat (lump or backfin)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
5 tbl. mayonnaise
1 tbl. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove cartilage from crab meat.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, parsley, Worchestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Pour mixture over crabmeat, fold in lightly but thoroughly.
4. Form into 6 cakes. Refrigerate for about 1 hour (this keeps the cakes from falling apart).
5. Saute in butter until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
