1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
3/4 cup bourbon
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 large can of Pineapple Chunks, reserving juice
garlic salt

For marinade: mix oil, water, bourbon, sugar, soy sauce, and
juice from pineapple. Marinade chicken wings in marinade all
day or overnight; turning occasionally. Zip-lock bags work
For baking: place chicken on shallow pan draining each wing
from the juice. Sprinkle with light film of garlic salt. Bake 1
hour and 15 minutes at 350. Put pineapple chunks over the
wings at the end just long enough to heat up.
