1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspooon baking soda
1 -6oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (2oz.) plain chocolate bar, grated
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg and
vanilla. After measuring, put small amounts of oatmeal in
blender until it turns to powder. In seperate bowl, mix together
flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add this
to the first mixture and blend well. Add chocolate chips,
grated milk chocolate and nuts. Place golf ball sized cookies
2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8
minutes. Recipe may be doubled and redoubled if you want
more than 28 cookies. Bake at 375 degree oven.
