Ingredients:  
1 red onion, small dice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
capers, as many as you like
1 cup chopped parsley and basil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and white wine; simmer. Add remaining ingredients and reduce until desired consistency.
