Ingredients:  
1-1/2 lb venison burger or lean ground beef
1 egg beaten
1 medium or 3/4 cup diced onion
12 ounces tomato sauce
6 to 10 green stuffed olives, sliced (may also use black, but green are tastier)
3/4 to 1 c rolled oats
1-1/4 tsp salt or
1/4 tsp each pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, and ground garlic or garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, egg, onion, 1/2 the tomato sauce, olives, oats, and seasonings. Put in loaf pan for baking. Cover with remaining tomato paste. Bake 1 1/2 hour or until done at 350. Slice to serve. May also bake in 10 to 12 inch uncovered skillet and slice in wedges to serve.
