2 pounds chicken breast, cooked, boned and cut into large pieces
1 ( 8-oz) carton sour cream
1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in shallow casserole. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Mix crumbs and poppy seeds with butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Very easy.
