1 1/2 lb beef, cut in strips (you can buy the strips frozen)
2 c chopped onions
2 Tbsp flour
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 c water
Mushroom liquid (with the water)
2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 c sour cream
Dash Tobasco

Brown onions, remove and reserve. Brown meat sprinkled with flour. Add tomato sauce,water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally. Add onions; simmer 1/2 hour or until tender. Add mushrooms and stir in sour cream. Cook 5 minutes.
