1 ½ lbs. dough / or if ordering by size, large

Italian
layer- mozzarella, Cheddar/ American Provolone
cooked and drained Ham genoa salomi
sausage sausage
roasted redpeppers

pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon ricotta on top of filling.

Fold dough over both ways and seal.

Place down on large piece of foil sprinkles with flour and/or cornmeal.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt on.

Bake at 400۫ for about 20 min or until very golden brown.

Let sit about 10 min. before cutting into strips.
