2- cups coleslaw mix
2- cups shredded carrots
2- cups broccoli slaw
1- medium yellow or red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1- cup coleslaw dressing
Additional Broccoli slaw if desired

Directions:
Directions:

1. In bottom of 2 ½ quart clear glass bowl, spread 1 cup of the coleslaw mix evenly. Layer with 1 cup of the carrots, 1 cup of the broccoli slaw and the bell pepper. Layer with remaining coleslaw mix, carrots and broccoli slaw.

2. Pour dressing over the coleslaw. Sprinkle with the additional broccoli slaw. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but not longer that 24 hours. Toss before serving.
