6 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 rounded tsp. dried mustard
2 Tbl. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 C water
1/4 C vinegar
cream and butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to liquids. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When cool, stir in a little cream and a lump of butter. Pour over potatoes and onions.
