4 1/2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten

Topping
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose or self rising flour
1/2 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

In large bowl mix together potatoes, milk, butter, vanilla, sugar, salt and eggs.

In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in
butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans

Spread sweet potato mixture into bottom of 13X9 pan and
sprinkle topping on top.

Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until topping is light brown.
