3 small heads of cabbage, shred in processor
1 ½ cup grated carrots

Sauce:
1 cup + 2Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 cups Hellman’s mayo
1 1/4 cup squeezed lemon juice
Whisk in lemon slowly

Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours

Shred cabbage to desired size. Whisk together sugar, salt, pepper and mayo. Slowly whisk in lemon juice. Taste dressing as you add lemon juice and stop at desired taste.
