2 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2-3 ripe bananas
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, oil, eggs and bananas. Add dry ingredients. Let sit for about 5 minutes before putting into waffle iron.

These waffles are very filling. I make a batch and freeze the many extras for myself on other mornings.
