Pie crust
1 small can green chilies cut up
4 eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream (can use evaporated milk instead)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or whichever cheese works for you)

Directions:
Directions:
Brush pie shell w/melted butter (don't have to do this part). Dry the cut up chilies in a paper towel to get out all the liquid. Crumble (chop up) the cream cheese on the bottom of the pie shell. Beat eggs, add seasoning. Put chilies over the cream cheese. Pour eggs and milk mix over the chilies. Cook at 450º for 15 minutes, then at 350º for 30 more minutes.
