1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
4 tbsp. sherry
3 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 tbsp. olive oil
3 pinches granulated garlic (I use fresh cloves)
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Combine in large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and mix together. Add pork, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 16 hours. This can be grilled or oven roasted.
