1/2 c sugar
1/2 c white vinegar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water
1 medium tomato cut into thin slices
1 small green pepper cut into 1" pieces
1 can pinapple chunks in syrup, drained
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar, broth, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, salt and garlic in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Mix together cornstarch and water. Stir into sugar mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in tomato, green pepper and pineapple. Heat to a boil. Add chicken. Serve over rice.
