8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Sour Cream (non fat)
1 cup Sauerkraut (rinsed, drained, add 1 tsp. brown sugar)
1/2 lb. Corned Beef - chopped
2 tsp. Onions
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 tsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese

Directions:

Mix together. Bake at 375 for 30 min covered and 5 min uncovered.

Serve with crackers.
