6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Sherry
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a 9x13 pan place chicken and salt and
pepper to taste. Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of
swiss cheese. In a bowl, mix soup, Sherry and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Toss croutons with melted butter and place
on top of chicken. Bake until chicken is done about 1- 1 1/2
hours.
