"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Everyone LOVES this easy, easy side. I find that about half way through cooking, it helps to scrape potatoes off pan and move them around a bit. This side also works just as well with Lipton Onion Soup mix. Also, I buy the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing and Recipe Mix in a large container you can find at BJ's...I make this a LOT.
