3 medium sized chicken breasts,
2/3 cup Bisquick,
1/2 cup grated (NOT shredded) Parmesan cheese,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. paprika,
1 egg,
3 tbsp. butter/margarine,

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Combine Bisquick, Parmesan, salt and paprika in a large zippered bag and shake it up. Beat egg slightly. Slice chicken in 1/2 inch strips and coat in egg. Throw strips from 1 breast in bag and shake to coat. Place on pan lined w/tin foil and sprayed w/nonstick spray. Melt butter and put on top of chicken strips before putting in oven. Bake at 450º for 12min. (on average).

This is actually a Bisquick/Betty Crocker recipe. These are GREAT kids chicken fingers, although Danny and I might like them even more. I'm always looking for ways to make chicken tasty for kids. It's quick too!
