12 Cup Bread,
1 LB Sausage browned,
3/4 C finely minced onion,
1 1/2 Cup Celery,
1 TBLS Salt,
1 tsp pepper,
2 tsp thyme,
2tsp poultry seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and combine ingredients add enought hot water until moist or use chicken broth. Cool and put in turkey. If you choose to bake you may want to add more liquid, check while baking. For a 12 LB turkey. For a 18 LB turkey do the recipe 1 and half times.

Tip: after browning sausage I put about a cup of water in the hot pan and use for the hot water. It just adds more flavor.
