2 lbs. squash 1 carrot grated 1 onion chopped fine 2 tbsp chopped pimentos 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 pint sour cream 1 pkg. pepperidge herb dressing
Cook squash and onion. Melt one stick margarine with dressing. Mix well all of the ingredients. Add 1/2 dressing with all other ingredients. Place in casserole. Top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350º for 25 min. Can be frozen.
