Ingredients:  
2 large sweet potatoes, (1 1/2 c hot mashed), 3 eggs beaten, 1/3 c packed brown sugar, dash salt,
1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp allspice,
1/4 c rich cream, 2 T melted margarine, 1 tsp vanilla extract, or 1/4 c brandy, 1-9" pie crust (your own or unbaked ready pie crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except pie crust), pour into 9" pie crust. Preheat oven to 350 Bake for 30 mins until crust is brown & knife inserted comes out clean.
