1 egg, 1 -20 oz can chunk pineapple(save juice for later)2 T apple cider vinegar,1/2 C sugar, 2T
flour,4 apples cubed,1 small 8oz red carton cool whipped topping, 1 C peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan combine juice from pineapple,
1 egg, 2 T apple cider vinegar,sugar & flour and bring to light boil,turn down & cook until thick. Set aside to cool. In med bowl w/ cover, mix cubed apples, pineapple, Red Cool Whip© & peanuts. Now gently stir cooled mixture into apple mixture. Blend to cover all. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
