1 Gal. of water
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 cup of sea salt
2 lbs. of uncooked halibut cut into 1/2 " cubes

Directions:
Directions:
To the one gallon of water, add brown sugar and salt.
Bring to a rolling boil. Drop in halibut cubes. As soon as they float (about 5 minutes) they are done. Remove from water, drain, and serve with melted butter.
