6 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 C. chopped onion
2 C. (or 1 lb. can) Stewed Tomatoes
3/4 precooked rice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 C. shredded cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top of green peppers, remove seeds and membrane. Precook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain. Sprinkle inside peppers with salt.

Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cheese. Stuff peppers. Sprinkle cheese over top of peppers. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.

I like to cut up onions and canned tomatoes in large chunks and spread around in pan before baking. Makes a complete meal.
