Sauce:

1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies (small)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Filling:

3-4 chicken breasts shredded
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup onion

8-10 flour tortillas
shredded cheese
Top with salsa, olives and avocado.

Directions:

Blend tomatoes, chilies and salt until smooth. Add sour cream and blend until mixed. Set Aside.

Mix chicken, cream cheese and onion in a bowl. Warm tortillas in microwave. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll. Place side by side in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375 until heated thoroughly. Approx. 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes, remove foil and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
