1-16oz bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1-10oz jar apricot preserves
4 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Russian dressing, soup mix and preserves. Place chicken in crock pot. Cover with dressing mixture. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Cut up chicken in bite-sized pieces. Serve over rice.
