Noodles:
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt

Soup:
3 half (bone in) chicken breasts
1 box chicken broth
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 medium Vidalia onion
2 celery sticks (diced)
3 medium carrots (diced)
salt to taste

Noodles:
1. Combine all ingredients to make a very stiff dough
2. Roll out real thin and cut into strips
3. Bring water to boil, boil until tender
4. Drain, rinse, and set aside

Soup:
1. Boil chicken breasts
2. After done, let chicken cool and remove meat from bone, cutting into bite size pieces (reserve water used to boil chicken).
3. Add chicken broth to water used to boil chicken
4. Add noodles, chicken, celery, carrots, onion, garlic, and salt.
5. Cook until celery and carrots are tender.
