1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
2-12 oz containers of cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
3oz vanilla instant pudding
3 oz chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and flour. Spread in 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake 350 º for 12-15 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix cream cheese, 2 cups cool whip and powdered sugar until blended. Add to cooled crust. Mix puddings and milk. Beat on high until well blended. Add to top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Partially thaw remaining 12oz of cool whip until you can spread in on top of set-up dessert.
