1 package cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 package Italian dressing
4 boneless chicken breasts
*sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your crock pot. You can add the chicken frozen or thawed. Cook on low until chicken is done--at least 4 hours. Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces or shred. (Whichever you prefer). Serve over rice.
* You can also add sliced mushrooms to the crock pot.

This is a recipe I received from my mom, but also found out that one of my dear friends here is famous for it. So I now call it Chandy's Italian Crock pot Chicken.
