1 can creamed corn
1 can reg corn - drained
1 egg - beaten
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz sour cream
2/3 c finely shredded co-jack cheese

Directions:

9 x 13 greased pan

Mix all ingredients except cheese - use only 1/3 of the cheese. Pour into pan - sprinkle w/remaining cheese.

Bake 350º

45 - 50 mins
