1 1/2 pounds chicken breast - pounded flat
1 jar Pace picante sauce
1 package 8 oz cream cheese
4 scallions chopped
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 jar of picante sauce with cream cheese. Add chopped scallion. Mix well. Spread mixture onto flatened chicken breast. Roll up and fasten with tooth picks. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour remaining mixture if any around the sides of chicken. Pour remaining picante sauce on top of chicken. Crush some tortilla chips and put on top. Bake in a 400 oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starting to turn brown.
