2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 - 12 oz bags chocolate chips
8 oz Grated Hershey bar
3 cups nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the sugar mixture. Add chocolates and nuts. Make into golf ball size cookes and bake on ungreased cookie sheets for about 6 minutes at 350. Do not overbake, as these should be soft.
