1 can Salmon
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and chill. Shape into balls and roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with crackers.
