1 C. all-purpose flour
3/4 C. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
plus: 4 T. cocoa
1 C. brown sugar, packed
1 C. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
In small bowl: combine milk, oil and vanilla.
Blend liquid mixture into dry mixture and pour in a 1 1/2 quart pan or dish.
Combine 4 T. cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle over entire batter.
Pour hot water over entire batter.
Bake @ 350º 35 to 40 minutes (metal pan) or 30 to 35 minutes in (glass dish).
